• Shipping fees and customs duties (for international deliveries outside specified regions) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable or food-grade nature of certain artisanal food items, specific return restrictions apply. Non-perishable artisanal goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original unopened packaging. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded upon notification to customer support.
