1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern consumer access to and use of the PATRIVELA website and, where available, consumer purchases of products. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms are consumer terms. They do not govern a producer candidature, a tourism-organisation recommendation, producer onboarding, or any producer collaboration. A candidature or recommendation is an initial evaluation only and does not create a supplier, distribution, purchase, or other commercial agreement. Any producer relationship will be governed by separate terms agreed at the appropriate stage.

3. Products & Curated Selection

PATRIVELA presents products selected for sale through the website. Product descriptions, origin information, weights, imagery, availability, and any product-specific conditions are presented on the relevant product page. Product availability and the product range may change.

4. Pricing & Payments

• The applicable price, currency, tax treatment, and any delivery charge will be shown on the product page or during checkout before an order is submitted.
• Where checkout is available, payment is processed through the payment method made available during checkout.
• Any destination-specific charges, including customs or import charges where applicable, will be communicated in the ordering flow or otherwise as required by law.

5. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Any available delivery destinations, delivery terms, shipping charges, timing estimates, and product-specific shipping conditions are shown during the ordering process or before the order is placed. Customs, import charges, and delivery restrictions may apply where stated for the relevant destination. The point at which an order is accepted and a purchase contract is formed is subject to the final lawyer-approved version of these Terms and must remain consistent with the checkout flow.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Any applicable cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, damaged-product, and product-specific exception rights will be presented before purchase and apply in addition to mandatory consumer rights. The treatment of perishable, sealed, opened, personalised, and other product categories is subject to the final legal review for the markets in which PATRIVELA operates.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on PATRIVELA—including text, graphics, branding logo marks, stories, imagery, and code—is the property of PATRIVELA or its content suppliers and is protected by international trademark and copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any limitation of liability is subject to the final legal review and the mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to the relevant transaction.

9. Applicable Law, Disputes & Contact Information
